Recruitment Process
We are a government-approved manpower agency operating under SLBFE regulations. When we receive a job request from an overseas employer, we:
Obtain SLBFE approval with all required documents.
Advertise job openings in newspapers and online.
Arrange interviews and trade tests with the employer.
Send selected candidates for medical check-ups.
Assist with visa and travel arrangements.
The complete process usually takes about 35–40 days.
Candidate Selection
We find suitable candidates through advertisements, referrals, sub-agents, and our own database.
Pre-screen and shortlist applicants
Conduct trade tests
Final interview by the employer
Medical test and final approval
Candidate signs to confirm job and salary terms
